Spirit Media is made up of Contractors. Managers. And Developers.
Recently, Kevin White, the CEO of Spirit Media, challenged our staff in core values for effective leadership. As we celebrated the formation of three departments: sales, production, and operations, Kevin trained our new department leaders in front of the whole company. Kevin pointed out that department heads are to embody these core values. His point was that these values are not just for department heads but for the whole company.
Today’s value is to be a Developer.
God is the ultimate developer.

Our Families.
God developed continents, rivers, mountain ranges.

God developed a plan.
We benefit from development.

The world needs developers.
God is still inspiring development.
Workers. Managers. Developers.
- Workers simply do what is told.
- Managers simply manage workers to make sure they do as they are told.
- Developers design how things are done.
- Improve.
- Create systems and processes
- Crave out a path
- Blaze a trail
- Pioneer
- Design and redesign
- Workers live for their paycheck.
- Manager live for others to have a paycheck
- Developers make the way for paychecks to be paid.
God is developing Spirit Media.
